Refund Policy

All session packages are billed on a monthly subscription basis.

Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Unused session credits expire at the end of the active billing month and are non-refundable.

Session credits are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person or account.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are charged in full.

Missed sessions without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for technical issues on the student's side, including internet connectivity problems or device malfunctions.

If technical issues occur on the teacher's side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

In rare and exceptional cases (medical emergencies or serious unforeseen events), refund requests may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
